Bryan Vincencio

Building Construction Manager and Property Coordinator

Bryan is from the Philippines, where he grew up and resided for twenty-five years. He graduated in engineering (specializing in civil engineering) from the best technical university in the Philippines.

After graduation, he worked as a project engineer for a leading property developer for three years, managing high-rise condominium residential projects. He decided to move to Italy with his wife and two children in 2007 and currently works as a building construction manager and property coordinator for Happy Holiday Homes in Menaggio.The best words to describe Bryan are responsible, versatile and hard-working.

George Castillo

Property Manager

Born in the Philippines, George holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE) from Saint Louis University, where he studied while working part-time. After graduating, he worked as a production supervisor / specialist with Japanese multinational giants like Toshiba Computers for two years, and then spent three years as production supervisor at National Panasonic Mobile Phones production plants.

Decided to seek a greener pasture, he moved to Italy in 2004 with his wife and daughter. At present he is working as property manager under the HPS Property Management banner, and as head of accounts and administration for the Holiday Property Solutions office in Menaggio .

He is best known for his ingenuity, grace, performance under pressure, with sheer drive for excellence. His technical skills have proved to be very useful in ensuring that the HPS / HPM offices and rental properties are optimally and safely maintained.

Elisa Rava

Office Employee & Concierge

Elisa was born on Lake Como and completed a diploma in tourism in 2007. Then she graduated at the University of Insubria in Como, a Bachelor in Linguistic and Cultural Mediation in 2013 and a first level Master degree in 2014 in International Hospitality Management.

During this period, she also spent a while in the USA to improve her English and was in touch with the Russian community there. During her studies, she worked as well as a waitress, a cashier at the supermarket and employee at the newspaper stand.

Elisa worked as receptionist during her Master degree at Grand Hotel Victoria in Menaggio and then changed to Hotel Regina in Gravedona, finally landing at Menaggio office. She is a hard worker, open minded and with a multitasking attitude. She lives in Lenno and knows many things about our beautiful lake, pitch perfect to be the Lake Como entertainment coordinator.

Giuliano Pertusi

HPS - Sales Executive van Holiday Property Solutions

Giuliano was born on Lake Como and obtained a diploma in industrial mechanics in 2003. He then graduated in Communications from the Catholic University of Milan in 2007, and followed that up with a Master’s in International Relations and European Integration in 2009 from the Faculty of Political Sciences.

Giuliano has also cooperated with Mountain Link, an American mountaineering agency, and has experience of helping guides on trips up mountains such as Mount Rosa and other giants of the Alps, as well as on the beautiful mountains of Lake Como. In 2009 he left Milan and returned to Lake Como, where he can indulge his passion for mountaineering and ice climbing.

He worked as assistant to a firm of financial advisors in 2010, where he discovered his passion for economics and decided to return to studying, obtaining a double Master’s in Economics and International Policy from the Italian Swiss University of Lugano and the ASERI in Milan (a centre of postgraduate study in economics and international relations). During this period he worked at Porto Letizia, guiding people exploring the mountains around Lake Como, which brought him into contact with many interesting people eager to hear local histories and legends, and to learn about Como from a local.

In 2013 he graduated in Economics with a thesis on the international payment system, after which he began working for HPS in sales. A hard worker, open-minded and happy to multitask, Giuliano’s many passions encompass modern and medieval history, international politics, economics, finance, his beloved mountains, and spending time immersed in the wonderful landscapes of the Lakes with his wife and son. He and his family currently live between Intelvi Valley and Lake Como.

Aquino Chad Chevie

Assistant Property Manager HPS

Chevie was born in the Philippines in 1980. He studied at the Albatross Academy in 1996 and 1997, then joined the Don Bosco training centre, where he obtained a diploma as a fitter machinist. A man of many talents, Chevie has worked as bellboy, valet parker and motor mechanic, but also has a great deal of housekeeping expertise under his belt, from which the HPS property portfolio has benefitted.

He can be summed up as smart, versatile, kind and a hard worker. He arrived in Italy in 2009, joined HPS shortly after, and has proved a valued contributor and impressive problem-solver ever since.

Daniele Barucci

HPS - Sales Area Manager - Lake Como

Daniele was born on Lake Como, in Tremezzina, and grew up there with his family. He obtained a Diploma in accounting in 2015. 

During high school period he spent 3 weeks for 4 consecutive years in Geneva, Switzerland, in College Du Leman, where he studied English and got used to live with people from foreign countries. He also spent a month and a half in Washington, USA, in Georgetown Preparatory School, where he had the opportunity to improve much more his English, and learn American hystory.

He joined HPS for the first time in November 2015, until October 2016, where he worked for the rental department. After 2 years where he worked in the sales department of the biggest Italian insurance company, Generali, and as Sales Manager for Toscano, a Real Estate agency based in Como, he decided to come back in Menaggio and started working for HPS sales area.

Hard worker, a rather lively man, Daniele loves being part of a team like in HPS. He's a sportsman and currently plays soccer as a goalkeeper in a football team based on the Lake. He's also a lover of history and loves autobiographical readings.

Daniele lives in Tremezzo, in Tremezzina, one of the most beatiful and cosy hamlets of the lake.
